How do I make a booking?

If you would like to make a booking at the Hub, or find out some more details, please fill out the short online form on our contact us page. Please make sure you include your name, contact details and some information about your enquiry.

We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, however, please try and be patient with us if there is a delay in our response - the Hub is run by un-paid volunteers of our Scout group and Hub management team.

What should I do when I've made a booking?

Once you have made a booking with us you will need to:

1. Complete the Booking Form. Please click here to download a copy.

2. Read and sign Terms & Conditions of Hire (PDF). Please click here to download a copy.

3. Send the Booking Form to the Hub Chairperson.

Room Hire Rates

Our hire rates are in place to ensure Great Barr Community Hub remains a viable meeting place for now and for the future. There are special rates for voluntary groups and the Hub Management Committee are always available to talk through our discuss the rates offered please contact us for more information.

We will always endeavour to meet the many differing needs of groups using the Hub facilities so please contact us so that we can tailor a hire package that’s designed around you.

Please note all of our prices are per hour.

Social Functions

Until further notice the Hub is unavailable for social functions, including parties, christenings, baby showers or pre-wedding celebrations.
